IDENTIFICATION OF THE ACTIVE SUBJECTS IN THIS PROCESS

1. The Presiding Judge of the 1st Court of Jury, of the Judicial District of the Capital-RO.

Drª. Sandra Maria Nascimento de Souza Pequeno.

a) Named for the position of substitute judge of the 6th Judiciary Section, with head-offices in the Judicial District of Guajará-Mirim, 2nd place in the list of judiciary circumscription, according to Act nº. 236/90, of March 06, 1990, as published in the Official Journal of Justice n º. 040, of March 07, 1990.

b) Removed, by her own request, to the 1st Judiciary Section, with head-offices in the Judicial District of Porto Velho, the Capital, 3rd place in the list of judiciary circumscription, according to Act no. nº 068/91, of November 21, 1991, as published in the Official Journal of the Justice nº 213, of November 25, 1991.

c) Promoted, on criteria of merit, to judge of the Judicial District of President Médici, 1st place in the list of judiciary circumscription, according to Act nº. 021/92, of March 13, 1992, as published in the Official Journal of Justice nº. 042, of March 17, 1992.

d) Promoted, on criteria of merit, to the Criminal Jurisdiction of the District of Cacoal, 2nd place in the list of judiciary circumscription.

e) Promoted, on criteria of antiquity, to the 1st Jurisdiction of the Court of Jury of the Judiciary District of the Capital, 3rd place in the list of judiciary circumscription.

2. Prosecutors of Justice:

2.1. Cláudio Wolff Harger:

a) He began his activities in the Judiciary District of Cerejeiras, in September of 1988;

b) Was promoted, on criteria merit, to 2nd place on the list of judiciary circumscription in December of 1991, taking up the position at the Judiciary District of Cacoal;

c) In February of 1995, he was removed, to the Judiciary District of Ariquemes;

d) He was promoted, on criteria of merit, 3rd place on the list of judiciary circumscription on August 02, 1995, being designated to act in the Office of Justice of the 9th Public Prosecutor, with attributions in the Court of Jury in Porto Velho;

e) He was invested, on December 01, 1997, at the Office of Justice of the 8th Public Prosecutor, with attributions in the 1st Court of Jury in Porto Velho, after the installation of the 2nd. Court, in which he now exercises his functions.

2.2. Tarcísio Leite Mattos:

a) Began his activities, on September 19, 1988;

b) On October 05, 1988 he was removed to the Judiciary District of Colorado do Oeste;

c) On December 06, 1991, he was promoted to the Judiciary District of Guajará- Mirim;

d) From 02 of February de 1996, he was promoted to the Judiciary District of the Capital, with attribution in the Court of Jury.
